Hope. I have always loved that word! Anyway, St. Jude Children Cancer Research hospital is a very worthy place, click, adn cause. Its a pediatric treatment and research facility located here in the wonderful city of Memphis that makes it possible for children suffering from cancer to receive treatment without parents having to pay. They provide not only treatment, but a place to stay for those out of town, because the first and only thing on the parent's mind should be their child; not finding a place to stay while going through such an awful and stressful ordeal.

Since St. Jude does not rely on monetary means from family, they look for other ways to raise money via fundraisers, donations and that oh so wonderful Math-a-thon that I actually use to love to participate in when I was in elementary school. Another thing they are using is a little online boutique were people can purchase an assortment of things from stylish designer tees, trendy totes, and wonderful candles, to name a few. The good thing about it is that all the money goes directly to St. Jude.

Designers Donna Karen and Liz Claiborne lend their names and design skills to the tees. I told my mom about the site and she ordered three; one for her, me, and my little sister. If you are one of those late shoppers, then you might find the perfect Mother's Day gift.
