Silver stars...the one item I used to hate to see as a second grader, because I always felt that I always deserved a gold star...at everything!!! That damn Ms. Crawford!  There is nothing more dangerous to the world than an over ambitious 6 year old. However, 20 years, a bunch of self-imposed under achievements (AKA laziness), and more than enough servings of maturity, I no longer cringe at silver stars. Case in point; these Maria Bonita Extra Silver Star Platforms are too cute and can make me completely forget about those undeserved silver stars...well, maybe not completely. Still, cute shoes.
